Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of Swift2Cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, bare metal servers, and IP networks.

Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use Swift2Cloud resources to engage in or facilitate:

• Unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) distribution or email relay abuse.
• Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network scanning, or port probing without explicit written authorization.
• Hosting or distributing malicious payloads, trojans, ransomware, or command-and-control infrastructure.
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared or standard CPU virtual machines without prior GPU authorization.

Enforcement

Swift2Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services found in violation of this policy to safeguard network integrity and legitimate customer operations.
