Cloud VPS Instances

New Cloud VPS deployments may be eligible for a pro-rated account credit within the initial 7 days if service specifications fail to meet documented performance benchmarks.

Dedicated Servers & Custom Hardware

Dedicated bare metal servers, GPU clusters, and custom ordered hardware components entail specific setup fees and are non-refundable once physical provisioning commences.
